• How dogs learn: exploring operant and classical conditioning
• Training methods: motivation, reinforcement, punishment, and the four quadrants explained
• Building engagement and fading rewards effectively
• Types of rewards and when to use them
• Developing good manners and socialisation skills
• Teaching reliable recall and loose-leash walking
• Managing reactivity and setting dogs up for success
• Meeting and greeting people and other dogs safely
• Choosing and using the right equipment for training
